Opposite the bustling area by Koenji Station is a distinctive, multi-story building. Street level is an Irish pub, the second floor is live house Green Apple, and on the third floor is a one of a kind music warehouse called Kiraku. On days with no events, you can buy musical instruments. Otherwise you can enjoy some drinks and have a unique experience while the tiny space overflows with the sound of guitar, bass, and drums.
