Teishoku (set meal)- a combination of a main dish, rice, miso soup, and pickled vegetables- is the classic Japanese style of eating out. Usually Teishoku-ya (set meal restaurants) are open for quick meals, but Sankaku has become popular for the unique concept of “drinking with teishoku.” Here you can leisurely drink while trying Japanese home cooking. All meals are also available à la carte.
